Pay your ICCU loans from an external account

Forgot to send in your loan payment? Don’t have a checking or savings account with ICCU? Now you can use ezLOANpay to make a payment on your loan on the next business day, for a small convenience charge.

How it works

  1. Enter the ezLOANpay portal by clicking the “Make a Payment” button and have the primary account holder's information ready. You'll need their first and last name, ICCU member number, date of birth, and the last four digits of their Social Security number. You will have a choice to either “REGISTER” or use the “EXPRESS PAY” option to use ezLOANpay. By clicking the 'Register' button on the landing page, a login will be created that will save payment history and account payment options. Clicking on ‘Express Pay’ will allow you quick access for a one-time payment.
  2. Have the routing and account numbers from your non-ICCU checking or savings account that you wish to make the payment from, along with the amount of your payment. Your payment will be credited to your loan within two business days.
  3. There will be a $2.00 convenience charge for each loan payment made using ezLOANpay.
  4. If you’d like, you can also set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There will be a $2.00 convenience charge for EACH payment processed through the web portal. You will find an option for this in each loan associated with the primary account. Click 'Setup Autopay' to activate this process.
  5. And that's it! Click to go the online web portal for ICCU's ezLOANpay system to make a payment.

When you have a checking or savings account at ICCU and are enrolled in our free online or mobile banking, you can make payments on your ICCU loans at any time, at no cost!

Q: Why is there a convenience service charge?
A:
ICCU incurs expenses for processing loan payments from accounts at other financial institutions. Prior to this service, payments were processed manually by Call Center Representatives. The new self-serve option allows you to easily view your transaction history. We encourage you to make ICCU your primary financial institution by setting up a checking account, enrolling in online banking and setting up monthly payments through our online Bill Pay service.

Q: What are the service charges?
A: The convenience service charge for using the ezLOANpay web portal is $2 per transaction. If an ICCU Call Center Representative processes the payment, the service charge will be $10 per transaction. A recurring payment can be set up on the ezLOANpay web portal; there will be a charge of $2 per loan payment paid. You will find an option for this in each loan associated with the primary account. Click 'Setup Autopay' to activate this process.

Q: How can I get around paying the convenience charge?

Payments made from an ICCU savings or checking accounts are free. Making ICCU your primary financial institution comes with many benefits.

Q: What do I need to do to make my payment?
A: To pay online, you’ll need to visit the online web portal for ICCU's ezLOANpay system and set up an account for the ezLOANpay system. Click the 'Register' button on the landing page to begin. Q: What is the difference between 'Express Pay' and 'Register' when accessing ezLOANpay?
A: 'Register' is for members who would like to not only submit their payments, but also view payment history and save their banking information for quicker payments in the future. 'Express Pay' is great for making a one-time payment if you do not want to fully login or if someone else is making a payment for a member.

Q: When will payments post?
A: Payments will be posted to your loan on the next business day or after.

Q: Can I set up recurring payments online?
A: Yes, we offer the option to set up reoccurring payments. You will find an option for this in each loan associated with the primary account. Click 'Setup Autopay' to activate this process.

Q: Can I make a payment via phone?
A: Yes! Dial (866) 333-9043 if after our business hours, and press option 3. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Q: Why can’t I see my loan on the web portal?
A: Loans are searchable by the primary borrower’s name. You will not be able to see a loan if you are not listed as a borrower unless you have the information required to access that loan. Also, a loan must be in good standing to be accessed via the system.

Q: What types of loans can I pay?
A: You can make payments on mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, lines of credit and credit cards using this new feature.

Q: How will I know my transaction was successful?
A: For web portal payments, you will receive an emailed confirmation letter.

Q: What if I need to dispute a payment?
A: Please contact your external account’s financial institution for assistance.
