COVID-19: Our Continued Promise to You

During this time of uncertainty, you can rest assured that your credit union is safe, secure and ready to serve you. Illinois Community Credit Union remains financially strong and is well positioned to endure these troubling times. 

If you are experiencing a disruption to your income or need extra money to tide you over until we all get back to work, we have solutions to assist you including low-rate personal loans, with the first payment deferred for up to sixty days. But that’s not all we can do for you. We are still processing car loans, recreational vehicle, Visa credit cards, home improvement/home equity loans and mortgage refinance and purchases.

Perhaps extending your car payment or refinancing a high-interest loan (from another lender) would really ease your burden, and we want to help. We are currently offering loan extensions up to two months with no fees if you are current (not more than 30 days past due) with your loan and need a little breathing room. These extensions (Skip-a-pay options) are available on a case-by-case basis.  We have also recently simplified the process to obtain the extension to make things easier for you. 

While our lobbies remain closed for general business, we are happy to make appointments on a case-by-case basis for more complex transactions. However, most business with us can be handled through our home banking, mobile deposit capture, ATM’s and drive-up services.  Our free mobile app allows you access to your account 24x7 when and where you need it (available through Apple and Google). And, if you don’t have Apple or Android devices, you can call in and access your account information through Teller 4500, our automated phone banking system, to handle account inquiries including account balances, last checks cleared or transferring funds between accounts.  Of course, we also have our dedicated call center staff ready to serve you during normal business hours.
