Our Lobbies are Opening!

Dear Members,

Thank you for your continued membership with Illinois Community Credit Union. Over the past few months, we all have had to make changes due to the Covid 19 virus and the subsequent stay-at-home measures put in place to keep us all safe. It is our privilege to help meet your financial needs and be your credit union of choice. On Monday, July 6th we will re-open all branch lobbies with limited hours as follows:

Our Drive Up and Call Center hours are also being adjusted as follows:

While we are very excited to see you face-to-face, we will continue to urge all members to utilize our drive-up services, home banking, call center and mobile banking solutions to help minimize unnecessary exposure. To promote the safety and well-being of our members and staff, we will implement the following guidelines and precautions:

  • We will limit the number of members/guests in each lobby to no more than Three at a time.
  • All persons entering the lobbies must wear face coverings while in our branches to help mitigate the spread of potential germs. (While face coverings are being used, we may ask you to provide appropriate picture identification and lower your face coverings for verification purposes).
  • Employees serving members face-to-face are also required to wear face coverings.
  • Acrylic screens have been installed at the teller stations and member service offices for additional protection.
  • Social distancing marks will be placed on the floors to help us with the 6-foot distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC.
  • Check writing stands have been removed, and all transaction tickets will be completed at the teller station to help reduce the number of touchpoints within the facilities.

Due to the severity of the Covid-19 disease, ICCU retains the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our safety measures.  We ask that you help us maintain a safe environment during this transition.

Please assess your health and condition prior to entering any of our lobbies. If you are experiencing any Covid-related symptoms or a genuine feeling of sickness, please refrain from entry and utilize our online and mobile services, for the safety of all. We thank you in advance! In turn, staff at ICCU will do the same and not report in to work if they are experiencing any similar symptoms.
