Mechanical Repair Coverage

Help limit the cost of unforeseen vehicle repairs with a Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC) protection policy.

MRC is available for current vehicles and those up to 15 model years old. There are three levels of coverage to choose from depending on the vehicle’s make, model, mileage, and equipment

  • Platinum: Mileage at time of purchase 80,000 or less. Available deductibles of $0, 100, $250, or $500.
  • Gold: Mileage at time of purchase 100,000 miles or less. Available deductibles of $0, $100, $250, of $500.
  • Silver: Mileage at time of purchase 150,000 miles or less. Available deductibles are $100, $250, or $500.  

Coverage Features:

  • Limit repair costs to your deductible, if any.
  • Choose your deductible1: $0, $100, $250 or $500
  • Rental reimbursement up to $35/day for five days from day one
  • 24-hour emergency roadside assistance up to $100 per occurrence. Includes towing, battery jumpstart, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance, and lock-out service.
  • Travel expense reimbursement up to $200/day for one to five days for food, lodging, and transportation expenses2.
  • Good at any authorized repair facility in the US or Canada.
  • No out-of-pocket expense except any deductible. Plan pays the repair facility directly.
  • Transferable to increase resale value only if sold privately. Subject to transfer service charge.
  • Cancel for full refund within 60 days3
