DID YOU KNOW? You can now check the status of your loan application online 24/7! When you apply for a loan with ICCU, you can head to our website to check the status anytime day or night. It’s easy and quicker than calling or stopping into the branch and can help your loan get processed faster. To check your loan status, follow these three easy steps: 1. Go to any page on the website. Click on the Borrow menu at the top and then the Loan Status button. 2. Enter your last name, email address, and SSN used on the application where prompted and then click the Check Status button. 3. A list of pending applications will be shown with their status. Click on the loan to see further details. The details screen includes additional information about the application including comments from ICCU staff and loan stipulations. If additional documentation or information is requested, it will be shown here. Members can add their own comments and securely upload requested documents. If a loan has been denied, the reasons for the denial will be listed. Avoid delays in processing your loan! If additional documentation or information is requested, your application will be paused until we receive the requested information. With this new system, you can upload documents and provide needed details 24/7, reducing delays and helping your loan get processed faster.
