eAlerts & eNotices

Our eAlert and eNotices systems allow you to receive important information from ICCU more quickly than other methods. Members can enroll and manager their e-services through online banking or our mobile app.


The eAlert system allows members to customize which types of account-specific alerts they may receive and when. For example, you can set up an alert for when account balances get to a certain level, when ACH items are posted, other transaction types, when loan payments are coming due,  when an eNotice is generated, and more.


eNotices replace paper letters that ICCU would normally send to you via mail. eNotices may be sent for the following types of occurances: CD maturation date, loan becoming delinquent, account overdrawn, non-sufficient funds (NSF) notice, and other similar situations.
