Meet our branch managers When asked what they like best about ICCU, many members say that it’s the personal service they receive in our branches. Meet our branch managers, the people who set the standard and guide the member service at each of our locations. Nico at Plano Nico is the new manager at the Plano branch and comes to ICCU with certificates in Accounting, HR and Management, and previous experience in banking and collections. Nico says, “I enjoy working with people and being able to help them with their financial needs. It's especially exciting when you are able to help someone get a loan for a new car or vacation.” When not working with members in the branch, Nico enjoys spending weekends with her family and “watching my granddaughter grow and change every day. She's been such a joy.” Denise at Sycamore Meet Denise, the new branch manager in Sycamore. Denise attended high school in Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
